So, this year definitely has been an interesting year for all people of the United States and all over the world. Why does that statement have anything to do with a yummy recipe? Well, a lot actually. Many people were home and were cooking from scratch. To be completely honest I have cooked from scratch for a very long time. It’s one of those things that helps the budget stretch.
Just a few months ago my friend told me about Trim Healthy Mama™ I love how my entire body system is feeling better. By taking their recipes and adjusting them a bit to myself I can keep on trucking forward to better health overall.
The great side effect for me is inches have been lost, my clothes are much looser, and I am sleeping better.
One of my very favorite recipes that I have adjusted just a tiny bit is their Egg Roll In A Bowl recipe:
2 pounds ground meat of any kind I have used chopped chicken breast before
3 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
½ white or purple onion
½ cup soy sauce or gluten free type
½ bag frozen riced cauliflower
2 cloves fresh garlic minced
1 drop Young Living Vitality ginger essential oil
Salt, pepper to taste
Handful of green onions chopped
Cook your meat well and drain off fat. Grab a new pan and add all the veggies to cook over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes. When veggies almost done add meat and the soy sauce. Cook just a few more minutes. Depending on the letter, you can even add a little bit of sesame seeds.
